Privacy and confidentiality.

This site has two forms — the contact form and the test request form. They collect only what you type into them: your name, email address, organization, phone number where you provide one, and the details of your enquiry or sample (polymer name, composition, thickness, molecular weight, intended use, water class, and any notes).

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or visitor tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service, which processes the message in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Samples you send us, the formulations they represent, and the data we generate from them are treated as confidential. We do not publish, share, or reference a client’s material or results without written permission.

We will sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you ship anything. Ask on either form and we’ll send it with the shipping instructions.

We keep enquiry correspondence and test records for as long as needed to run the work and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@kinetikslab.com.
